Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sushi rice by washing, cooking, and seasoning it with vinegar.
  • Cut and slice various types of fish, seafood, and vegetables with precision.
  • Create different types of sushi rolls, including maki, nigiri, and sashimi.
  • Craft decorative garnishes and arrange sushi plates for visually appealing presentation.
  • Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation.
