Responsibilities:

  5. Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct regular food tastings and inspections to monitor presentation and adherence to recipes.

  6. Budgeting and Cost Control:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Culinary degree or diploma is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
  • In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and culinary trends.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
