- Food Preparation and Cooking:

- Kitchen Staff Management:

- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and control inventory levels, including ingredients, supplies, and equipment.

- Quality Assurance:

- Budgeting and Cost Control:

- Collaborate with the management team to establish pricing strategies that balance profitability and customer value.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant.
- Culinary degree or diploma is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and culinary trends.
