Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skincare needs, concerns, and goals.
  • Provide a range of skincare services, including facials, hair removal, brow and lash services, and makeup application.
  • Perform skin analysis to determine skin types, conditions, and appropriate treatments.
  • Administer facials and skincare treatments tailored to each client’s specific needs, including cleansing, exfoliating, extracting, and moisturizing the skin.
  • Perform hair removal services using techniques such as waxing, threading, or sugaring.
  • Shape and groom eyebrows, apply eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and provide lash extensions.
  • Apply makeup for special occasions, events, or bridal makeup, ensuring a flawless and natural-looking finish.
  • Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care.
  • Recommend and sell skincare products based on clients’ needs and promote their benefits.
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, following proper sanitation and sterilization protocols.
  • Stay updated on the latest skincare techniques, trends, and product advancements through continuous education and training.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.

Requirements:

  • Esthetician license or certification from an accredited program.
  • Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role is preferred.
